Names and email addresses collected through our email list sign-up forms are automatically stored in our Mailchimp account. Our regular email updates are also sent through the Mailchimp platform. We do not keep our own digital or physical records of email list subscribers.
You can unsubscribe from our email list at any time by clicking ‘unsubscribe’ at the bottom of any of our emails.

Order Information
Our store is managed by WooCommerce.
When you place an order through our store, Valley of Springs will be given access to your email address and your physical address. If you tick the box to consent to joining our email list we will send you regular emails (see Email List Information below). Otherwise, you will only receive emails about the status of your order.
Your email address and physical address are stored with your order information in our WooCommerce account. Automatic order updates are sent by WooCommerce. If we need to inform you of any delays or other changes relating to your order, we may occasionally email you through the Gmail platform. We do not keep any other physical or digital records of customers’ email addresses or physical addresses, and we will never share your personal information with anyone else.
You can use various payment platforms to checkout. The default option is WooPayments (part of WooCommerce). The platform you choose will handle your payment. Valley of Springs does not see or have access to your payment information (card details etc) at any point during or after the payment process.
